If Spec Ops become a thing here, how will the Deploy Missions work? Are they going to be like in the old game or are we going to do DnD style rolls for them? If you'd like to, I had some ideas for how to implement such an idea.

If we use a Distress Call from you when we have the item for it, do we still have to pay the 13 CP fee? I don't know if the items are free assists or if they just call you and we still have to pay?

It might be useful to set up a thread detailing what general (maybe only the generic ones) buffs and debuffs do so people know what Targted or Weakened do and how long they are supposed to last.

I have some questions about the specifics of some of War Machine attacks (if you want to know and I'm not here I detailed them in my HQ so I could keep track) that came up last week and need some clarification if you can.

How does Arena work? Do two players mutually agree to a fight before the thread comes up or does one person put the thread up with a challenge to another first? Also, will the heroes selected have their levels equalized or will they be their normal levels (I assume they would be equalized so we don't get Lv 2 vs Lv 8 match-ups)?
